Festa della Primavera

In Italy March is the time that small towns in Tuscany hold festivals to celebrate the end of a long winter and the beginning of spring.  Stella has created her own version of the Festa della Primavera with a 7 course dinner featuring the best of the farmer’s market, hand-picked by Chef Jonathan Krell, with house made pasta.

  • Heirloom tomato, cucumber & fresh mozzarella salad
  • Escarole soup
  • Asparagus and peas with prosciutto tossed with house made silk handkerchief pasta
  • Fresh basil sorbet
  • Escolar with citrus arugula salad with pickled celery
  • Pheasant breast Marsala with local mushrooms & house made vermicelli
  • White chocolate panna cotta with luxardo cherries and mint
