Join Eric Titus and Stella for a four course wine dinner created by Chef Jonathan Krell to complement the well balanced, robust reds that Titus is known for.
Eric Titus is partners with his brother Philip in Titus Vineyards which is the result of the vision of their parents, Lee and Ruth Titus purchasing a vineyard in 1967. The vineyard produced grapes for many years for other wineries including Charles Krug, Beaulieu Vineyard, Quail Ridge and Pine Ridge before Titus Vineyards began producing their own wine in 1990. Enjoy an intimate evening of wine and food while spending time with Eric as he shares his experiences and career in Napa Valley. He began in marine biological research but since 1997 has been back in Napa Valley managing vineyard operations and overseeing the winery while his partner and brother Philip concentrates on his job as winemaker.
Eric’s approach is based on low-intensity farming techniques that avoid pesticides, biocides and unnecessary fertilization.
Titus Vineyards places equal importance on both their viticultural and winemaking practices embracing the belief that it takes great grapes to make great wine and emphasizes the partnership between brothers.
