Matello Wine Dinner

Our Matello Wine Dinner featured five courses:

  • first course | chilled asparagus salad with micro basil, pecorino, quail egg & fresh black truffle, paired with Matello Pinot Gris
  • second course | seared diver scallop with spring corn relish & pancetta marmalade, paired with Matello Viognier
  • third course | duck breast, chocolate balsamic parsnip purée & green zucchini, paired with Matelo Lazarus Pinot Noir
  • fourth course | filet of beef, agro dolce, crispy brussels, sprout salad & pickled onion, paired with Matello Hommage Pinot Noir
  • fifth course | fresh strawberry tart with orange blossom gelato, paired with King Estate Vin Glace
