Summer has been insanely hot and busy for everyone so I thought September would be the perfect time to slow down with friends and welcome fall with an intimate and  special wine dinner.

1st course:  Seared Diver Scallop with Sweet Corn & Mint Risotto
paired with: ’10 Goose Ridge G3 Chardonnay

2nd course:  Smoked Duck & Cherry Salad with Black Truffle Vinaigrette
paired with: ’06 Hidden Ridge 55% Slope Cabernet Sauvignon

3rd course:  Cocoa Braised Short Rib with Parsnip & Spicy Greens
paired with: ’07 Hidden Ridge 55% Slope Cabernet Sauvignon

4th course:  Chocolate Torte with Balsamic Strawberry Preserves
paired with: ’08 Hidden Ridge 55% Slope Cabernet Sauvignon
